Delivery Policy

Orders are processed the same working day if placed before 17:00pm (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed after this time, weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Next day delivery is subject to items being available in stock at the time of purchase. Furniture order delivery times may vary from next day up to 5 working days for delivery. This is excluding furniture that needs to be assembled and installed by us. Please ask for a scheduled delivery time.

Deliveries will be made between 8:00am and 17:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

All deliveries must be signed for and any visible parcel damage or parcel shortages reported to the driver and noted on the delivery note. If no-one is available to accept the delivery, we will endeavour to re-attempt the delivery on another day. If we agree prior to delivery we may be able to leave with a third party, such as a neighbour.

Please note, furniture deliveries will have a pre-arranged delivery day, should this delivery fail due no-one being available, re-attempts will be at the courier’s discretion and from time to time, they may return the items to us following the first failed delivery attempt. We therefore reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs should this arise.

Next day delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are not a guaranteed next day service, therefore we advise delivery within 72hrs to these locations. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Furniture Deliveries

Deliveries to RH postcodes will be delivered by our own delivery teams. Therefore, we will endeavour to deliver to a place of your choice within the premises. However, if the team decide that it is impractical to do so then we will deliver to the Ground floor.

All other UK wide deliveries will be made by either Manufacturer of courier. They may only deliver Kerb-side. Please call to discuss this.

If the goods are being installed, which will incur a small additional cost, then all goods will be delivered to a place of your choice with all packaging being removed.

Picking Errors & Additional Items

Any shortages, picking errors, damaged goods or additional items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this time. All picking errors, short deliveries and damaged items will be rectified immediately at no additional cost. Any incorrect items or additional items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.

Faulty Goods

Should you receive any goods that are faulty or not working as they should, please contact us and we will provide a full collect and replace at no additional cost.

Returns Policy

Business to Business Sales 

(a) The Seller is under no obligation to accept return of goods supplied and credit the Buyer accordingly except in the following circumstances:

(i) Goods received as being damaged in transit will be replaced with an undamaged item - goods must be signed for as damaged on receipt, and must be reported within 24 hours.

(ii) Goods returned pursuant to a request by the Seller following a complaint of quality of goods - detailed information must be supplied in writing and the claim must be agreed in advance by the Manufacturers.

(iii) Where in the Seller's opinion the goods delivered do not meet the description of the goods agreed between the Seller and the Buyer when the order was placed. 

Goods generally not required after receipt cannot be returned for a credit unless agreed by the Seller, and in turn their Suppliers. The Seller must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. All goods must be returned within 7 days, unused, in the original unopened packaging and in a re-saleable as new condition. In all circumstances the prior agreement of the Seller must be received by the Buyer prior to the return of goods. Goods deemed faulty from the date of delivery will either be replaced or repaired under normal warranty conditions. 

(b) The Seller reserves the right to make a charge for the return of goods including a restocking fee. 

(c) Goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense. 

(d) When the Seller issues a credit it will be to the original payment method or applied as a credit on the buyer's account. 

Business to non Business (Consumer) Sales 
You have a cancellation period of seven working days starting from the day after you receive the goods and a full refund (including standard delivery charges) will be paid (to the card you paid with) as soon as possible but at least within 30 days of cancellation subject to:

(i) You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the product but NOT to use it. We will NOT accept any items back that have been used in any way.

(ii) The item has to be returned to us within 14 days. 

If the item is reported as faulty within the 7 days, you will have to arrange to have it sent back to us for inspection and if found to be faulty we will reimburse costs. If the item is not found to be faulty you will be a charged to have the item returned to you. We can organise collection, especially when it is a large item, but again if found not to be faulty you will incur the carriage cost for the goods to be returned. 

Non-Returnable Items 

We regret to advise that any product including but not limited to: food with a sell by date, chemical, medical or material based items that will degrade over time, purchases where our suppliers in turn refuse our return, bespoke or custom made products, items purchased in bulk (over £500 selling price), items purchased in error, orders where any item of the complete order has in any way been opened, used, tampered with or items where the outer packaging is not in pristine or resalable condition as new; are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable 

This excludes furniture which has a separate policy.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the goods have been shipped, phone or email us, between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you wish to cancel your order after the products have been dispatched, please refer to the returns section.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged in transit, you are required to report it to us within 24 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt. Please sign the carrier's delivery note with the word damaged. We will then arrange the collection and replacement items to be sent to you within 24 hours of you reporting this to us subject to stock availability.

Faulty Goods

If your product is faulty or should become faulty, you can obtain a replacement or refund within 12 months of purchase - you must be able to provide your order number. This also applies to all ink and toner cartridges. Please note that some manufacturers of Toners require you to report the fault direct and then they will send a replacement direct to you.

Supplementary Furniture Terms & Conditions

All furniture deliveries are completed with at least a kerb side drop, this means your items will be delivered to the nearest point possible to the front door of the building without restrictions. Some couriers will take into the building, but this is limited to insurance restrictions.

Should you require a position delivery i.e. taking to a floor or room of choice, this needs to be arranged with us prior to delivery. This may incur an additional cost.

Pallet deliveries may be made by an articulated vehicle. The buyer must notify the seller of any access restrictions at the time of order via phone. Failure on the buyer’s part may result in additional charges incurred for failed delivery due to access restrictions.


All damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and where possible sign the delivery note as damaged. Pictures may be requested for verification by the Manufacturer or Delivery service. We will endeavour to replace the damaged items on a next day delivery service, but collection of the damaged items may be slightly longer. Should the damage be reported outside of these terms we may not be able to provide a replacement item.


Any furniture items which are received and not in full working order will be replaced free of charge. On some occasions we may send a replacement part or an engineer to fix the problem. This will be at our expense.

No longer required

We can only accept returns on furniture items if the original packaging hasn’t been opened, damaged or torn. Items returned which have clearly been opened will result in the item being returned back to you and a refund not provided. We are unable to resell any furniture that has been opened or built.

Made to order items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

All furniture returns are chargeable and will be only accepted within 7days. They may also incur a collection and handling charge.
